Racer registration in the Tour of British Columbia includes the following items and benefits:
Complete route book in digital format and an appropriate number of printed route manuals that will include routing information and a general overview of where to find internet access, hotels, motels, rest areas, camping facilities, bike shops, restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations.
Solo and team entries will be provided with identification numbers to be applied to support vehicles and to each cyclist’s helmet or bicycle. Each solo team receives decals for two vehicles. Each team receives decals for 4 vehicles and the corresponding number of riders. Additional stickers may be purchased for additional vehicles. All support vehicles are required to be identified.
All official finishers will be rewarded with a unique sporting trophy, a bicycle constructed entirely of recycled hockey sticks, pucks and other associated “hockey parts.” In addition, we will have plenty of Maple Syrup on hand to give your bodies a sugar rush so that you can wake up enough to enjoy some Canadian beer!
To celebrate our inaugural races in 2014 we have developed a list of Original Rider benefits which will provide preferred rider registration pricing, permanent rider identification number and Original Rider distinction on race jerseys, bicycle and vehicle race identification. Specific benefits will vary from year to year, but original riders in 2014 will be guaranteed the same registration fee in 2015 and 2016 as our 2014 rates.
Simply select and purchase your event registration online (link below) and then you will be contacted to provide further information about your entry. Once all information has been collected and reviewed by our staff the rider(s) you will be officially welcomed to the event selected. If, for any reason, an entry is deemed unsafe or considered detrimental to the event the registration will be disqualified and a full refund will be issued. Please review this information for rider eligibility details. Currently only reservations are available.
Most payments for racer registrations are paid via PayPal or Interac Email Payments. We also accept bank drafts, certified checks and bank deposits. For information on these and any other form of payment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
Please note that your entry can be reserved at the current early-bird rates with a non-refundable deposit for all entries. Balance of your payment is due April 4th, 2014. Registrations not fully paid by this date will be charged according to the current fee schedule.

We regret to inform that no cash refunds can be provided under any circumstance, however event management will work with those that circumstance precludes their participation so that they receive full value for their purchase. We will honor the registration for 2 more years and in some circumstances will permit the transfer of the registration.
